“He’s my best friend.”

She was exceedingly bright… your mother.
stopandjustlookaround:
“Can I get the fish and chips?”
“Pie and beer, please.”
The waitress smiled and left, and Harry wrinkled his nose. “You’re having pie and beer for dinner?”
“I like pie,” Draco sniffed. “And beer.”
“That doesn’t mean you should have them together.”
“And just because you like orange and pink doesn’t mean you should wear them together.”
Harry huffed. “It’s not pink. It’s red. Light red.”
“Pink.”
Harry rolled his eyes. “Whatever, Draco, you’re just jealous no one’s ever knitted you a sweater before.”
“You’re just jealous I’m going to have pie and you aren’t.”
“I can order my own pie, you know,” Harry pointed out, bemused.
Draco shook his head. “No, you can’t. No pie for you!”

This time, the blonde gave a very different kind of smile, and Harry was eerily reminded of Severus Snape.
“I’m pretty sure that, while you know the proper procedure for pulling a random bloke, I still have my work cut out for me.”
Harry’s face fell. Ron’s turned red with fury. He half stood from his seat and gave the man a threatening look.Summary: When Harry agrees to take etiquette lessons with his best friend, he learns much more than he planned.

Ridiculously sweet and wonderful! They are so in-character it’s like watching a movie in your head! Okay Draco’s a bit OOC, but I can live with it. Still love it! This fic is just perfect for when all you need is humour and schoolboy romances.
